User Agreement
1. When you buy software, you consciously take a risk. All software carries the risk of being blocked, but with specialized software this risk is minimized.
2. Refunds are available in individual cases and only with the permission of the software developer. If you bought a software and it doesn't work/can't start (the software developer must first personally look at the problem and try to fix it), but you don't have to do that (because every software comes with startup instructions and activation). After that you have a chance to get a refund, but even this does not guarantee you a refund because in some cases the product not working can be caused by corrupted (cracked, hacked or modified) Windows, problems with the Internet connection, or there are problems not with the product itself, but with the computer itself.
The developer also has the right to refuse to support you if you have left negative feedback and do not agree to delete it. In this case, the funds will not be returned.
3. In case of lengthy software updates, compensation for software downtime shall be at the sole discretion of the contracting authority or the software developer.
4. No refunds if certain software functions do not work on your Windows system (appropriate software must be installed)
5. If you have purchased the software but it does not fit your Windows (this is indicated in the information about the software and you did not realize it), no refund will be given. You must read the product description carefully.
6. If you cannot configure or run the software yourself, you can ask the administration to help you, but they are not obliged to do so as the instructions are written in several languages and all the necessary information is there.
7. The administration is not responsible for the performance of digital products (software) on specific user computing devices, because the Windows build itself may be skewed and therefore the software on it may work skewed or not work at all. In such cases it is recommended to reinstall your operating system.
8. You can lose your activation key for insulting the management and be blacklisted by the store's customers.
9. The site administration has the right to change this user agreement at any time.
10. Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
11. I do not recommend buying custom software here unless you agree to the site rules.
12. The use of special programs has a chance to block an account, block a computer (hardware), block an IP address and other types of blocking available in games. The risks of being blocked are minimized in special software.
13. If you have purchased special software and its functions differ from those stated on the site, then a refund or exchange can be made only with the approval of the software developer (some features may be turned on or off depending on the developer's decision to reduce the likelihood of your account being blocked in the game)
Tips for using the software
1. I recommend restarting your computer before launching and we also restart the computer to clean the registry before the next launch of the software.
2. If you start the software incorrectly once, you expose your account to blocking. Always follow the launch and activation instructions carefully!
3. To play with the software you should always disable the following: Anti-Virus, Windows Defender, Firewall, SmartScreen, UAC and other programs.
